It doesn't have to be a huge paragraph - a simple line like "Due to the popularity of our location, we recommend booking accommodation as early as you can" at the bottom is more than enough. You could also include a link to your wedding website (if you have one) and pop in "please visit our wedding website (website address here) for places to stay" instead.
