Beautiful design suits our wedding theme really well and paper quality of the invites is lovely. You can also see that the order was packed personally with care! The ladies at Paper and Ink Studio really have thought of everything when it comes to this planner and it has made my wedding planning journey so much easier. Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify for anyone else considering this add-on, our Pre-Wedding Event Expansion Pack is designed to expand on the pre-wedding planning pages already included in the Wedding Planner, rather than replace them.
We created it after hearing from couples planning much larger engagement parties and pre-wedding events who needed more space and more detailed planning than the standard planner provides. That’s why we call it an “Expansion Pack”, it gives you more of those sections if your celebrations need it.
We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t find the additional pages useful for your own wedding planning. Had you contacted us to let us know it wasn’t what you expected or needed, we would have been more than happy to help and offer you a website credit to put towards something else you could use.

Such a gorgeous folder that is incredibly comprehensive. Every little detail seems to be covered in an easy to read and follow folder.
My daughter and her fiance were thrilled with my engagement gift to them. They loved the Australian natives design on their personalised folder, as they plan to use natives in the floral arrangements on the big day.
I can say the service qhich has veen given by these ladies compared to other companies is exceptional. A phone call to discuss things and ensure they had a understanding of exactly what I wanted. Compared back and forth messenger messages espically at 6:30pm.

I am very, very happy with the finished product of my order! Its a shame Australia Post was a bit rough with the package and caused some damage, but it is to be expected I suppose. Such a cute design, love how we got our name personalised onto it! There is so much information it’s unreal. Has everything you can think of, from pre wedding planning all the way through to the honeymoon and name changing. Highly recommend this product! Would be a 5 star rating, but one of the clips in the binder is a bit broken, just doesn’t close all the way so pages can snag if not careful when turning them.

I'm so sorry to hear about the binder clip not closing properly. It does sound like it has unfortunately been damaged during shipping. We package every planner as carefully as possible, but occasionally Australia Post can be a little rough with them.
We actually include our Joy Guarantee with every planner, letting couples know that if their planner arrives damaged in any way, to let us know within 7 days and we'll happily replace the damaged folder. We really would have loved the opportunity to make this right for you before you left your review.

I ordered the Clairiss personalised wedding planner for my niece to assist her in planning her big day. I opted to include gift wrapping and personalised note. I purchased one of these for my daughter a couple of years ago and just purchased another one for my future daughter-in-law. My daughter found hers to be so useful and full of helpful advice, tips and tricks. I couldn't wait for my DIL to open hers - she was so excited and happy to receive it. It is so nice to be able to support a local small business with our purchases and with word of mouth, there will be many more friends and family also looking to see what they have available online.
