Do you take walk ins?
We don’t offer walk-ins, as we’re a working design studio rather than a retail store or showroom. When you book a consult with us, it gives us the chance to properly prepare for you and make sure your time feels relaxed, personal and really worthwhile.
Is the consultation really worth it?
Most couples say the clarity alone saves them hours of stress and costly
mistakes and the full fee is credited toward your order.
What if I don’t know my style yet?
That’s exactly why this session exists. We help you refine it.
Do I have to order with you?
There’s no pressure, but if you do, your consult fee is credited in full.
Can I book if I’m not in Perth?
Yes. We offer Zoom consultations Australia-wide. When you go to self book in, you can choose a Zoom consult.
Can we book an after-work time or a Saturday?
Yes, we offer late nights on Wednesdays and Saturday till lunchtime.
