At this stage, we don’t offer a digital version—there are already so many digital templates out there, and we’ve chosen to focus on what we know makes the biggest impact: a beautifully crafted, tangible planner that keeps everything in one place and becomes a keepsake for years to come.

We also protect our content and designs under copyright, which means a downloadable file isn’t something we’re able to offer.

There's just something about putting pen to paper—especially during such a special season—that helps you feel organised, inspired, and truly connected to the planning journey.

- A4 white 2 ring binder file for those that want functionality as well as style. Includes 25 printed tabbed compartments for organising your wedding plans. The folder is plastic with inserts to hold the personalised cover and spine with the design of your choice. Cover and spine are printed on high quality paper and inserted into the file cover and spine. (The personalisation is not printed directly onto the cover)

- Production time – These are made to order, please allow 1 week plus postage time selected at checkout.

- Can I change the design, colours and font? Unfortunately not, the planner is exactly as you see it listed.

- Can you do a custom design for me? Sorry, we don’t offer custom design wedding planners.

- Do you sell PDF version? – We currently don’t due to copyright issues we’ve had in the past.

- Do you send a design proof – We don’t send a proof, please make sure you have entered your details correctly for us.

-Is the design printed on the file? No it is not, we print the design on high quality paper and insert it into the cover and spine.

- Where are you located? We are based in sunny Perth, Western Australia. Our planners are printed and made by us here in Perth. Thanks for supporting Australian made.

- Can I collect my order? Yes, you can select 'Studio Pickup' at checkout.

- Studio location – The Lala Group, 104 Edward Street, Perth. Open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm AWST. Closed public holidays and weekend.

We use Australia Post services with tracking. The tracking number is emailed to the email address on your order once we have shipped it. If you need any help with finding your tracking or order, reach out to us anytime to help.

Studio Pick up:
You can collect your order from our studio. You will receive an email saying “ready for pickup” to the email address on your order once it is ready to collect.

Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm AWST. Closed public holidays and weekends.

If your order gets lost and doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, you can trust us to sort it out or replace it for you within 7 days of your order being placed or received.
