We then email you digital proof to check and approve.

- Do you offer a digital save-the-date file I can print it myself or email it?
Digital invitations aren't something we offer, I'm afraid. Paper & Ink Studio is very much a printed stationery studio at heart, and that's where all of our love, time and craft goes. It's what we do best, and honestly, it's what makes our work feel the way it does.

- Can I supply my own design for you to print?
We don't offer a print-only service, and honestly, that's very much by design. We're a little bit control-freaky when it comes to our work — from the first design decision right through to what comes off the press. That end-to-end control is exactly how we guarantee the results we're known for.

- Can I have my words and details printed? Yes, we will ask you to give us your wording, and we will design it for you and supply a digital proof to approve for printing.

- Can I change the design, colours, and font? Yes, this is considered a 'Custom Design'. Please contact us before ordering. Extra costs and order times will apply.

- I have my own design I want – We love custom work, contact us to make that happen.

- I needed it yesterday – Please contact us to see how we can make that happen.

- How many design proofs do I get? 1 design proof is included in the price. Extra costs apply for more design proofs.

- Where are you located? We are based in sunny Perth, Western Australia. Our products are printed and made by us here in Perth. Thanks for supporting Australian made.

- Can I collect my order? Yes, you can select 'Studio Pickup' at checkout.

- Studio location – The Lala Group, 104 Edward Street, Perth. Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm AWST. Closed public holidays and weekend.

If you don't love your save the dates, your order arrives damaged, gets lost in transit, or doesn't arrive at all, we'll sort it out or replace it for you — simple as that. Just get in touch with us within 7 days of your order being placed or received.

When you order your Save the Date, don't forget a few spares.
There's always someone that your future in-laws or your parents will remember at the last minute, so make sure the final quantity you order for your Save the Date cards allows for at least 5, ideally 10 spares. Trust us, there's always at least one person who gets missed or who the fam want included.

You don't need more than the bare necessities when it comes to wording.
A Save the Date is designed just for your loved ones to make sure they've got your wedding day booked off, saved, safe, and locked in; they're not the formal invitation itself, so you just need to include your names, your wedding date, and a general location. Need to include accommodation details or other information?
It doesn't have to be a huge paragraph - a simple line like "Due to the popularity of our location, we recommend booking accommodation as early as you can" at the bottom is more than enough. You could also include a link to your wedding website (if you have one) and pop in "please visit our wedding website (website address here) for places to stay" instead. There's so many great free wedding website builders - and paid ones - to take advantage of.

Always, always add in the freebies!
When you order printed Save the Date cards through Paper & Ink Studio, you'll get the option to add in free magnets and a keepsake Save the Date set. Adding in those free magnets is always a lifesaver: when you get your beautiful Save the Dates, pop the magnets on before you mail them out (they're peel and stick, no glues required) so your guests can whack it on their fridge. It means they definitely won't forget the date of the best wedding they'll ever go to!

Need to get a Save the Date out quickly or want to be a bit more eco or budget-friendly?
It's as easy as picking the Digital/E-Save the Date option on the design you want! Just shoot through your wording, we'll whip up a proof, and once you've approved it we'll email you a high-resolution JPEG image to send out to your nearest and dearest. Easy as pie!
