- What happens after I order online with you? We will email
you within 2 business days (no weekends, public holidays) and ask for any information, wording, templates we need to be able to design your wedding invite proof. We then email you the proof to sight within 2 business days to check and approve to print. Once you give us your OK TO PRINT, we then send your order to print. When your order has been checked, wrapped up pretty with confetti, we then ship it off to you and email you a tracking code, so you know it is on its way.
- Can I have my own words and details printed? Yes, we will ask you to give us your wording and we will design it for you and supply a digital proof to approve for printing.
- Can I change the design, colours, and font? Yes, this is considered a 'Custom Design'. Please contact us before ordering. Extra costs and order times will apply.
- I have my own design I want – We love custom work, contact us to make that happen.
- I needed it yesterday – Please contact us to see how we can make that happen.
- How many design proofs do I get? 1 design proof is included in the price. Extra costs apply for more design proofs.
- Where are you located? We are based in sunny Perth, Western Australia. Our products are printed and made by us here in Perth. Thanks for supporting Australian made.
- Can I collect my order? Yes, you can select 'Studio pickup' at checkout.
- Studio location – The Lala Group, 104 Edward Street, Perth. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AWST. Closed public holidays and weekend.
