Today I have another gorgeous wedding for you to swoon over. A little while ago we worked with Eleisha and Dwight on several pieces for their wedding, including their invitations, seating plan sign, personalised menus and a few other special decorative elements that helped to pull their theme together. As you can see from the photos, their day turned out spectacularly. Full of classic touches, pops of colour and plenty of love.
The lovely couple were wonderful to work with. They trusted that we could take their ideas and bring them to life just as they envisioned. I think that’s one of the most important things to remember when working with any wedding vendor – you need to have that trust. You need to partner with suppliers who understand your vision and who will work with you to make it happen. Your wedding is 100 per cent about you, not anyone else, so don’t waver. When the trust is there, you’ll have no regrets.

On choosing Lala Design | Paper & Ink Studio for their wedding stationery. ‘We chose Lala Design | Paper & Ink Studio right after meeting them. We first saw their work on Instagram as they were tagged in a lot of weddings with other premium suppliers. We knew we were going to see the best in Perth and the moment we met Lala and her team we felt so welcomed. Eleisha’s favourite part of the process. ‘My favourite part of the design process was working with Lala Design | Paper & Ink Studio to design the invitations. We got to really girl-out about the wedding that day. We came up with so many great ideas such as creating a gold monogram that [florist extraordinaire] Matthew Landers incorporated into the flower display on our bridal table.’
On seeing everything come together. ‘I cried. it was so beautiful! Everything was perfect – even better than I imagined. I was expecting very high-quality stationery but everything was on another level. The attention to detail was great. The team worked with our other suppliers to make sure everything worked in harmony on the day.’
Eleisha’s parting words of wisdom. ‘You need to work with suppliers that truly care about your wedding day. It’s just another day at the office for a lot of businesses out there – you NEED people like Lala and her team who want you to have a perfect, seamless experience.’
