Your two A1 signs and your A3 sign are all made from premium quality PVC foamboard, perfect for an easel or for hanging. Your A3 sign also comes with its own kickstand, ready to stand wherever you need it. Everything is professionally designed and printed here in Australia, then shipped straight to your door, with free shipping and free design proofs included Australia-wide.

KICKSTAND:
These are stands glued to behind the board that allow the sign to stand on its own. Shipped flat, and you fold them out when ready to use.
Frames, easels, stands and hanging straps are not included or supplied.

1 - Can I choose any design of your website for the signs?
YES! Every single design on our website is available for your signage. If you love it, you can have it.
2 - What colours can I have the signs in?
Any colour you want! We've got 28 gorgeous colours to choose from on our website, or just tell us the colour you're after and we'll sort you out.
3 - Can I Mix N Match designs and colours?
Sure can! Pick any design, pick any colours, and we will make it happen.
Click the Mix N Match option when ordering and we will email you to ask what designs, colours you want.
4 - I don't need a welcome sign or bar sign, can I swap to other signage instead?
Of course! Just tell us what you'd like each sign in your bundle to be instead and we'll take care of the rest.
5 - What are the signs printed on?
All our signs are printed on a premium 5mm PVC foam board (single sided). Your A3, A4 and A5 signs (like your bar sign, sign of choice and wishing well sign) come with a kickstand so they can self-stand straight out of the box. Your two statement pieces, the A1 welcome sign and A1 seating chart, don't come with a kickstand as standard, but you can add one on for an extra cost if you'd like them to self-stand too.
6 - When should I order my sign bundles?
Order with us 4-6 weeks before you need your signs, so we've got plenty of time to get your design just right.
7 - Will I see a proof before it's printed?Absolutely, we'd never print without your OK! Once we've got all your info, we'll send your design proof within 2 working days. Nothing goes to print until you've approved it.
8 - I have my own design I want you to match?
We can make this happen! It's classed as a "CUSTOM" order so extra charges will apply. Just ask us first and we'll confirm the extra cost before you commit to anything.
9 - Can I add extra signs to my bundle?Of course, the more the merrier! Just let us know what else you're after and we'll quote the extra sign/s for you.
10 - Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage. Our sign bundles are Australian shipping only.
11 - Can I order signs individually instead of as a bundle?
You sure can! But bundling up is the best way to save, so we'll always point you towards the bundle if it works for you.
12 - How do I provide you with my seating plan?
Once you place your order, we will email you with a template to fill out for us that we print from.
13 - What is a kickstand?
It is a small stand we glue to the back of the sign so you can stand it on its own.
14 - Do you provide any easels, frames, stands or anything to hang the sign off?
No, we don’t. You will need to source these items yourself. We can add a kickstand on the back of the sign if you select it in the options.
15 - Can I change the design, colours, and font?
Yes, this option is considered a 'Custom Design'. Please contact us before ordering. Extra costs and order times will apply.
16 - I have my own Canva design. I want you to print.
Sorry, we don't offer a printing only service with outside design files.
17 - I needed it yesterday

18 - How many design proofs do I get?
1 design proof and revision is included in the price. Extra costs apply for more design proofs.
19 - Where are you located?
We are based in sunny Perth, Western Australia. We print and make our products here in Perth. Thanks for supporting Australian-made.
20 - Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can select 'Studio Pickup' at checkout.
21 - Studio location
The Lala Group, 104 Edward Street, Perth. Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm AWST. Closed public holidays and weekends.
1 - Follow-up email from us
Within 2 working days, we will email you with a to-do list of what we need, the templates to fill out and the date we need it back by, so we can make your order on time.
2 - Design proofs
These are done by us, with your choice of design and wording given to us. We email you a design proof within 2 working days to check and approve to print.
3 - Revisions
We've included a round of minor revisions to be made (extra revisions are charged for); these are done within 2 working days.
4 - Approve to print
Once you've given us your "OK TO PRINT." We need 2 weeks to print your signs.
5 - Tracking code
Once shipped, the email on your order will receive a email that it has been shipped and the tracking code with Australia Post.
We use Australia Post:
- Free postage that is included is within Australia – allow up to 2-3 weeks. Tracking code is provided.
- Express post within Australia – allow up to 1 week (includes tracking)
