Can I order my wedding stationery during the sale and have you make it later when I need it?

Absolutely!

  • Place your order during the sale period to lock in your discount.

  • Kellie will email you personally once your order is placed.

  • Just let her know your timeline, and we’ll book your order in for when you’re ready. Easy-peasy.


What if I change my mind on the design I selected?

No stress at all!

  • We know plans evolve—and so do your Pinterest boards.

  • If you’ve had a change of heart, simply let us know the new design you love, and we’ll guide you from there.

  • Your order can be updated before we begin printing.


Can I cancel my order or change what I’ve ordered completely?

Yes—as long as we haven’t started printing!

  • Jump onto our website's live chat and let us know ASAP.

  • If your order hasn’t gone to print, we’re happy to cancel or change it.

  • We’ll issue you a gift card for the full sale price you paid.

  • This credit can be used for any product on our website.

  • Please note: no refunds are issued.

How long is my gift card credit valid, and can I give it to someone else?

You’ve got time!

  • It is valid for 3 years from the date we issue it.

  • Can be used on any item on our website.

  • It is transferrable—if you'd like to gift it to another couple, just let us know and we’ll update the details.

  • It will be sent straight to your inbox with a unique code to use at checkout.
